When will my Plate Crate ship?
Monthly crates typically ship between the 10th and 15th of each month. Once your crate leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Please ensure changes are made before your next billing cycle.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your specific location.
What is your return policy on individual items?
We accept returns on unworn apparel and unused gear within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items from the monthly subscription crates are non-refundable.
